Tampa Bay Signing Services is led by Kristen Bubis, a Commissioned Florida Notary Public since 2005, NNA Certified Notary Signing Agent®, licensed Realtor® with eXp Realty, and paralegal with over 20 years of experience — including USF Paralegal and USF Real Estate Law Paralegal Specialty certifications. With a career spanning real estate, legal, and document services, Kristen brings a level of professionalism and attention to detail that clients can rely on. Based in the Tampa Bay area, we provide mobile notary public and notary signing agent services across six counties — Pasco, Hillsborough, Pinellas, Hernando, Manatee, and Sarasota. Whether it's a real estate closing, a legal document, or a hospital signing, we come to you.

Kristen specializes in loan signings, including purchases, refinances, seller packages, HELOCs, reverse mortgages, loan modifications, and other real estate and lending closing packages. Remote Online Notarization (RON) allows eligible documents to be notarized remotely through secure audio-video technology, while In-Person Electronic Notarization (IPEN) allows the signer and Notary to meet face-to-face while completing the document electronically. Both are available through BlueNotary.

Kristen also has extensive experience notarizing documents for residents of nursing homes, skilled nursing facilities, and assisted living communities — power of attorney, healthcare surrogate designations, living wills, and other important paperwork for families navigating a difficult time. These appointments call for patience and sensitivity, and Kristen coordinates closely with family members, elder law attorneys, and facility staff to make sure nothing is rushed.

Beyond her professional work, Kristen is deeply involved in the community. She has volunteered for many years as a high school mentor with the Take Stock in Children Scholarship program, served as a victim advocate, and volunteered as a Meals on Wheels delivery driver.
